Mini-Symposium – Applied Earth Modelling: Better Targeting Using 3D Exploration

Register online →

Data integration and 3D modelling have become an integral part of the exploration process. Find out how to develop better targets with 3D exploration, at a mini-symposium offered by the Toronto Geological Discussion Group (TGDG) and SEG Student Chapter of the University of Toronto.

At the symposium  a panel of seven experts will walk you through the finer details of applied earth modelling, including multidisciplinary data integration and analysis and borehole imaging. They’ll show you how to reduce risk and improve exploration success using 3D models, and provide real life scenarios such as the data integration project at the Snow Lake camp in Manitoba. Industry representatives from Alamos Gold and Coastal Gold will demonstrate how earth modelling has improved targeting within their own exploration portfolios. The symposium is sponsored
by Geosoft and Mira Geoscience.

When: Thursday, November 21, 1-5 PM;
Where: University of Toronto, Hart House, East Common Room
